Biotta obtained the world rights to manufacture the exclusive Breuss juice, and remain in close contact with the family and descendants of Rudolf Breuss. Organic Vegetable Juice is never made from concentrate because reconstituted juice loses valuable vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants when processed. Because of the way, the organic vegetables are Cold Pressed and Lacto-fermented, Biotta never needs to add any extra synthetic vitamins and minerals to its vegetable juice. The Lacto-fermented process allows Biotta Biotta Organic Breuss Cold Pressed Juice to have a long shelf life. The vegetables are allowed to ferment naturally without added bacteria with the gentle application of heat over 24 hours until pasteurised.
