Using the Super Sprouter Germinator Glass Jar

  1. Prepare Your Jar: Utilize our specially designed Super Sprouter Germinator, which ensures efficient water drainage through the strainer stand lid. Thoroughly clean the jar and lid either in hot water or by using the dishwasher to sterilize them.
  2. Seed Measurement: Place 1 Tablespoon (approximately 10 g) of Broccoli Sprouting Seeds into the sanitized jar.
  3. Seed Rinse: Give the seeds a comprehensive rinse by swishing them in cool water with the assistance of the Super Sprouter Strainer Lid.
  4. Seed Soaking: Fill the jar halfway with cool, fresh water and allow the seeds to soak for 4–8 hours (overnight) to initiate the germination process.
  5. Rinse After Soaking: Following the soaking period, rinse the seeds with fresh cool water and allow them to drain on the specially designed Lid Stand. Keep the jar away from direct sunlight for optimal results.
  6. Optimal Temperature: The ideal sprouting temperature falls between 18–22°C. If the surroundings are warmer, sprouting will progress more rapidly.
  7. Daily Rinsing: Rinse your broccoli sprouts 2–3 times a day utilizing the Super Sprouter Strainer Lid. In warmer conditions, consider increasing the frequency of rinsing.
  8. Harvesting: Your broccoli sprouts will typically be ready in 4–6 days, contingent on the room temperature. Once ready, transfer them to a bowl, cover them with cold water, delicately separate the sprouts to remove hulls, skim any remaining hulls off the water's surface, and let them drain.
  9. Drying: Carefully dry the sprouts on a tea towel or kitchen paper.
  10. Storage: Store your broccoli sprouts in either the sprouting jar or an airtight container within the refrigerator for 3–5 days.
  11. Enjoy: Incorporate your fresh broccoli sprouts into smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, salads, or savor them as a healthy snack right from the jar. They offer a delightful taste and are rich in health benefits!
