Biotta® Organic Vegetable Cocktail Juice is made from organically grown vegetables cultivated in Switzerland using carefully selected ingredients chosen for their flavour and quality.
After washing and inspection, the vegetables are processed in a closed production system designed to minimise exposure to oxygen until the bottle is opened.
Rather than using conventional pressing methods, Biotta® uses a gentle centrifugation process to separate the juice from the vegetable mash. This careful processing method helps preserve the juice’s natural flavour and character.
Biotta® juices are lightly pasteurised at lower temperatures than conventional high-heat processing methods to maintain their fresh taste and quality while providing a long shelf life.

Made with carefully selected organic tomato, carrot, celery root and beetroot juices, Biotta® Vegetable Cocktail Juice delivers a rich savoury flavour with a distinct tomato taste.

The fertile region of Thurgau near Lake Constance has a long tradition of organic farming, where freshly harvested vegetables are delivered to the Biotta® production facility in Tägerwilen and processed with care.
