Only the best Swiss Organic vegetables make their way into a bottle of Biotta® Organic Breuss Juice Original. The delicate process of Cold Pressing the Organic Vegetables maintains the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Additionally, the natural preservation method of Lacto-fermentation supports the production of gut-friendly L= lactic acid and helps lower the pH of the juice, making it easier to digest.

Organic farmers in the area deliver their freshly harvested vegetables to the Biotta production site in Tägerwilen. Biotta® adheres closely to organic guidelines and supports sustainable organic farming. Organic Vegetable Juice is never made from concentrate because reconstituted juice loses valuable vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants when processed. Because of the way, the organic vegetables are Cold Pressed and Lacto-fermented, Biotta never needs to add any extra synthetic vitamins and minerals to its vegetable juice. The Lacto-fermented process allows Biotta Biotta Organic Breuss Cold Pressed Juice to have a long shelf life. The vegetables are allowed to ferment naturally without added bacteria with the gentle application of heat over 24 hours until pasteurised.
