The fertile region of Thurgau near Lake Constance has a long history of growing organic beetroot. Local organic farmers deliver freshly harvested beetroot to the Biotta® production facility in Tägerwilen, where it is carefully processed into Biotta® Organic Beetroot Juice.
Biotta® Organic Beetroot Juice is made from certified organic beetroot and gently processed using centrifugation, lacto-fermentation and gentle pasteurisation at low temperatures.
Biotta® Organic Beetroot Juice is never made from concentrate and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The juice is naturally preserved through lacto-fermentation and gentle pasteurisation.
