Herbamare Original Seasoning Herbal Salt

Herbamare® is made through a traditional, time-intensive process that infuses sea salt with the flavors and nutrients of fresh herbs and vegetables:

• Harvesting Fresh Ingredients: Organically grown herbs and vegetables, such as celery, rosemary, leek, and kelp, are freshly harvested and brought to the Herbamare® facility in Colmar, France.
• Hand Cleaning and Preparation: Once the ingredients arrive, they are hand-cleaned to ensure quality. Each ingredient is then carefully chopped to release its natural oils and flavors.
• Blending with Sea Salt: The chopped herbs and vegetables are mixed with pure sea salt, and this blend is allowed to steep for up to a year. During this time, the flavors and aromas are naturally absorbed by the salt crystals.
• Low-Temperature Vacuum Drying: After the steeping process, the mixture undergoes a special vacuum drying at low temperatures. This gentle drying method preserves the beneficial properties and flavors of the herbs.
• Final Blending: Once dried, the infused salt is blended to create a consistent, flavorful seasoning.
