Friday Refund Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promotion date: Friday 16 October 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is A.Vogel Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 601 030 988), trading as Untamed Health, located at 36 Service St, Maroochydore QLD 4558, Australia.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 am and ends at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 16 October 2026.

Only eligible orders placed and successfully paid for during this period will be entered into the draw.

3. How to Enter

To enter, simply place an order at www.untamedhealth.com.au during the promotional period.

• Every eligible order receives one automatic entry.

• Customers may enter multiple times by placing separate eligible orders.

• No discount code or additional entry form is required.

• There is no minimum order value.

• Purchases are made at the normal advertised prices, including any applicable promotions.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, subject to any geographic restrictions required by applicable trade promotion laws.

Employees of the promoter, persons directly involved in administering the draw and their immediate families are not eligible.

Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the draw are not eligible.

5. Prizes

Three (3) eligible orders will be randomly selected to receive a full refund.

Each winning order will receive a refund of 100% of the amount actually paid, including products and shipping charges.

There is no maximum refund amount per winning order.

The total prize value will depend on the value of the three winning orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

6. Prize Draw

The draw is scheduled to take place on at the promoter's business address:

36 Service St, Maroochydore QLD 4558. On Monday 19th October 2026.

Three eligible orders will be selected using a random selection method, with each eligible order having an equal chance of selection.

Customers do not need to be present at the draw.

The promoter will retain a record of the draw and winning order numbers.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the email address associated with their order within two business days of the draw.

The promoter will arrange refunds to the original payment method within five business days of verifying the winning orders, where practicable.

The time taken for refunds to appear in customers' accounts may vary depending on their bank or payment provider.

8. General Conditions

The promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

The promoter may verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, invalid or otherwise ineligible transactions, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

An order will not be disqualified merely because a customer exercises their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any cancellation, suspension or modification of the promotion will be subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts customers' statutory consumer rights.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prize refunds.
