Biotta Organic Vegetable Cocktail Juice Cold Pressed and Lacto-fermented from Organically Farmed Vegetables in Switzerland. Only the best Swiss Organic vegetables make their way into a bottle of Biotta® Vegetable Cocktail Juice. The delicate process of Cold Pressing the Organic Vegetables maintains the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Additionally, the natural preservation method of Lacto-fermentation supports the production of gut-friendly L= lactic acid and helps lower the pH of the juice, making it easier to digest.

Switzerland is known worldwide for its clean, pure mountain air and lakes. For over 60 years, Biotta® has had an ethical and holistic approach to its organic vegetable juice production. The Swiss Region of Thur­gau has a long his­tory of grow­ing organic vegetables. In the fer­tile soils around Lake Con­stance, nu­mer­ous va­ri­eties of or­ganic vegetables grow and thrive. Or­ganic farm­ers in the area de­liver their freshly har­vested vegetables to the Biotta pro­duc­tion site in Täger­wilen. The veg­etables are processed gen­tly and with care to turn it into Biotta Organic Vegetable Cocktail juice.

Biotta® adheres closely to organic guidelines and supports sustainable organic farming. Organic Vegetable Juice is never made from concentrate because reconstituted juice loses valuable vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants when processed. Because of the way, the organic vegetables are Cold Pressed and Lacto-fermented, Biotta never needs to add any extra synthetic vitamins and minerals to its vegetable juice. The Lacto-fermented process allows Biotta Organic Vegetable Cocktail Juice to have a long shelf life. The vegetables are allowed to ferment naturally without added bacteria with the gentle application of heat over 24 hours until pasteurised.
